• Products purchased from Kingsmobileworld.com are eligible for hassle-free returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Eligible products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition seals, Sticker, Plastic Gaurd on Screen.
• Incase of Wrong order placed, Customer has to Pay Rs 299 (Logistics cost of Delivery and Reverse Pickup of Wrong product and again Delivery of Required Product) for the Exchange on top of the difference price of 2 products.

2. Valid Reasons for Free Replacement:

• Defective or damaged product upon arrival.
• Product not functioning as described.
• Incorrect product delivered.
• Missing parts or accessories.

3. Return and Replacement Procedure:

• Contact our customer support team to initiate the replacement process within 7 days of delivery.
• We offer Free of Cost 1st Time Replacement.
• Our customer support team will provide a replacement authorization and guide you through the process.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
• We offer hassle-free returns with no questions asked.

4. Refund Process:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process.
• A refund will be provided afterdeducting Rs 249 for the cost of delivery and reverse pickup logistics.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow up to 1 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Limitation on Free Replacements:

• Free replacement is provided for one time onlyper eligible product.
• If the issue persists after the first replacement then it would considered as the fault lies with the customer’s mobile device rather than the spare part supplied by Kingsmobileworld.com, further replacements will be offered at charge of Rs 249 (Cost of Delivery and Reverse Pickup) for each subsequent replacement.
• If Customer want to Return the Product after 1st Free Replacement and Subsequent Replacement, Then Amount will be refunded after deducting all the Expenses incurred by kingsmobileworld.com on logistics till 1st free replacement.

6. Return Shipping:

• We will arrange for a reverse pickup from  you. In Case Reverse pickup is not available on the buyer pincode or Shipment is unable to pick up by Logistics partners than buyer has to send the shipment on his own cost through local courier to us.
• Please ensure that the product is securely packed for return shipment.

7. Inspection and Approval:

• Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
• If the product meets the criteria, we will proceed with the refund process.
• If the product does not meet the criteria, we will notify you and return the product to you at your expense.

8. Exclusions:

• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse by the customer.
• Products damaged due to accidental or intentional causes.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers or labels.
• Seals, Lables, Plastic Screen Protector and components of Spare parts is removed.
• Product is installed or used.
